Hourly Virtual Consultation - $75 per hour
When you are looking for consultation, but not one-on-one training. A Certified =PR= Run Coach will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule a phone/zoom call.
Hourly In-Person Consultation - $115 per hour
Looking for a one-time in-person consultation? A Certified =PR= Run Coach will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up an in-person meeting at a mutually agreeable location in the Northern Virginia/DC Region.
Personalized Coaching Plan - $150 per month (4 month minimum, charged monthly)*
Includes: 30 min initial consultation, individualized experience with coach, customized training plan based on your fitness goals and schedule, coach communications and perks.
