Fitness Walking is ideal for someone just getting started on their fitness journey or the person looking to increase their pace or distance. The Fitness Walking program will help you gradually increase your walking volume and pace, while focusing on proper technique and a strong fundamental base. By the end of the program you will be prepared to walk a 5k distance.
